The main content of the meeting is to summarize the work safety in 2020, reward the advanced work safety units and individuals in 2020, and deploy work safety tasks in 2021.
The senior leaders of the company participating in this meeting included He Ruan, secretary of the party committee of the group company, Cheng Guoqiang, deputy secretary of the party committee and executive deputy general manager, and Zhu Wu, executive general manager. The general manager of the group's subsidiaries, the first person in charge of each factory and 62 safety commissioners all attended the meeting.

Executive Deputy General Manager Cheng Guoqiang briefed the conference on the summary of the safety work in 2020, read out the list of units and individuals who have won advanced safety production in 2020, and awarded bonuses and medals to the persons in charge of the winning advanced units.
Vice President Cheng emphasized that in the past year, although the safety work of the subsidiaries and production units of the group company has been generally stable and has achieved good results, there are still gaps and shortcomings from the overall requirements of the superior authorities and the group company. The protective wall of safety protection awareness is not strong enough, and there is still room for digging potential and rising. Everyone needs to guard against arrogance and rashness, always keep in mind the red line of safe production, do not touch the safe high-voltage line, and protect the safe lifeline.
Each subsidiary company should reasonably formulate and decompose the safety production responsibility goals suitable for the unit according to the safety production responsibility goals of the group company. It can also work out specific measures and plans to achieve the goals around the safety production responsibility goals of the group company. There are assessment methods. The group company has implemented two assessment methods for each subsidiary and professional factory at the same time. One is to be rated as an advanced unit and an advanced individual in production safety. In 2020, there are 12 production units that have been rated as an advanced unit of safety in the group company. There are twelve safety management personnel for advanced individuals in safety production of the group company, and another is the safety officer job evaluation method. In 2020, a total of 69 employees of the group company have won the job evaluation award.
With the goal, there must be assessment, and with the assessment, there must be rewards and punishments. The purpose is to successfully achieve the safety production responsibility goals set by the group company.
