How do we ship?

We will arrange for production as ordered immediately after signing a contract with you and receiving a deposit;
we will contact you and invite you to inspect the goods remotely prior to shipment;
all vehicles will be safely delivered by us to the Chinese port and cleared for shipment on board;
We will provide you with a bill of lading and a traceable waybill number as agreed in the contract.

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

We will provide a waybill number upon shipment and all shipments are traceable.
Sea freight time can take 20-50 days depending on the distance.
If the contract is for delivery to the port of destination, please pick up the goods as soon as you receive notification of arrival.

What should I look for before shipping?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We will only ship to the address you listed at the time of payment.
For security reasons, we do not allow changes to shipping addresses via email.
Please be sure to fully confirm that the shipping address is correct at the time of contract signing.

Who will be responsible for my import taxes?

Since countries around the world have different tax rates and customs clearance conditions, you need to understand the customs clearance conditions yourself and clear them yourself.
We will cooperate with our customers to provide the necessary information for customs clearance.

How much import duty will I be charged?

Depending on your country's tariff policy, the amount of tariff is different for each country.
