Possible reasons for the high fuel consumption of the truck:

First, the engine technology situation makes the fuel consumption reasons

1. The main hole of the carburetor is not properly adjusted.

2. The ignition system is faulty or improperly adjusted.

3. The oil pump and injector of the diesel engine fuel injection system are not properly adjusted.

4. The piston, piston ring and cylinder wall wear excessively.

5. The valve mechanism is not tightly sealed or the valve clearance is too large.

6. The engine temperature is too high or too low.

Second, the technical situation of the chassis of the car makes the fuel over-consumption

1. The clutch has a slipping fault.

2. The matching clearance between the shafts, bearings and gears of the gearbox is too small.

3. The front beam is not properly adjusted.

4. The brake drum has a lag phenomenon.

5. The tire pressure does not meet the requirements, and the air pressure is low.



The solution for excessive fuel consumption in cars:

1. The fuel consumption rate in use is higher than the original specification or the fixed value. The main dispensing needle can be adjusted or the appropriate main orifice can be replaced. When adjusting during operation, the preferred method can be used to adjust to an economic value of 14.7:1.

2. The damage of the machine is invalid or improperly adjusted (such as ignition too late, improper spark plug gap, improper gap of the breaker contact, etc.). The ignition timing should be correctly selected, the spark plug breaker gap should be calibrated, and the technical condition and failure of the ignition system components should be eliminated and checked.

3. If the oil supply is too large, the oil supply of each cylinder is not uniform or the atomization is bad, etc., it should be adjusted in time. If the exhaust pipe is found to be black smoke, work is weak, and the water temperature is too high, the oil supply and fuel injection advance angle should be correctly selected.

4. If the clearance between the piston, piston ring and cylinder wall is too large or the valve cylinder gasket leaks, replace the piston ring or overhaul the cylinder liner and re-clamp the cylinder (standard pressure value: 90% repair; 25% 85%; minimum Not less than 75% of the original design. After the overhaul, the east windmill is 95%, and the other cars are 90%).

5. Poor contact between the intake and exhaust valves and the valve seat, or improper adjustment of the valve clearance. It can be determined by the sound size and the cylinder pressure. Grind the valve and adjust the valve clearance.

6. If the temperature is high, remove the scale in the radiator and engine water jacket, adjust the fan belt tightness, repair the water pump, check and adjust the fan blade angle; if the temperature is low, check whether the blinds are closed tightly, check the thermostat Work condition and check the heat-insulated insulation jacket.

7. The brake drum is heated, the brake is dragged, the temperature rise resistance increases, and the gap between the brake drum and the brake shoe should be adjusted.
